Advanced Pasta Making Class

In Advanced Pasta Making Class students will make pasta dough using a food processor. Students will learn to make handmade ravioli using a manual ravioli press, different shape cutters and free form shapes. Ravioli will be stuffed with spinach ricotta filling and dressed with sage butter sauce.

About the event

A fun filled evening of ravioli pasta making by hand using a food processor, ravioli press and free form cutters. Students will experience a culinary, cultural and authentic gastronomic Italian experience with Italian festa foods from various Italian regions.
